Uraraka Ochako

Ochaco is a short girl with a slim but feminine build. She is fair-skinned with a perpetual blush on her cheeks. Her eyes are large and round, her hair is a warm brown with fairly thick upper eyelashes, two longer and more prominent ones sticking outwards on each side and fewer lower eyelashes, but more pronounced individually.
It has cat ears and a thin tail that is also cat-like.

Ochaco is a very warm and lively person who thinks of everything positively, while being objective enough to see flaws as well as virtues. She is empathetic in general, friendly to those she meets, and will try to help or defend anyone who is kind to her or who needs help. Ochaco seems to be very good at reading people, understanding the reasons for Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo's rivalry and being the first to notice when Tsuyu Asui was upset. Her empathy and kindness are also seen in how well she gets along with her classmates. She is on good terms with everyone and is particularly close friends with several members of the class, including Izuku, Tenya Iida, Tsuyu, etc.
Despite her generally cheerful and sometimes giddy demeanor, Ochaco can take on an extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation calls for it. This side may come as a surprise to those who are used to her bubbly nature, and tends to come out during competitive situations such as the UA Sports Festival. While she is shown to be surprisingly strategic, she is not above making some impulsive or reckless decisions. When it comes to her chosen path as a Hero, Ochaco is unwavering and does not like to be underestimated, even in the face of overwhelming force.

Coming from a poor household, Ochaco is easily excited or shocked by small things, even losing her composure when faced with royal luxury, to the point of fainting. Bonus materials have depicted her as frugal and occasionally stingy, as she goes to great lengths to save money, including sleeping so as not to waste oxygen or skipping meals to save food.
Due to her cat Quirk, she sometimes makes her feelings go on alert with any loud noise, sometimes she tends to be a little hormonal and very cloying

Overall Abilities: At first glance Ochaco does not appear to be one of the strongest fighters, but over the course of her time in the UA she has drastically improved her combat ability to become a very capable combatant. Ochaco's primary battle tactic involves using her skillful Quirk handling to directly affect her opponents by getting close enough to make contact with them through her fingers. This consequently causes her targets to continually float and lose their balance, severely limiting, if not eliminating their fighting ability.

When not engaging an opponent in melee combat, Ochaco often takes advantage of devastated areas by using her Quirk to pick up debris without an opponent noticing, all while expertly exploiting the collateral damage of a destructive Quirk. Ochaco can release floating debris upon enemies as a long-range projectile attack or remove the weight of certain heavy structures, holding them down to use as an improvised melee weapon.
He also has a cat mutation Quirk, which gives him the abilities and traits of a cat, examples of this are: cat ears, his tail, and small whiskers that are next to his cheeks.
