a slender young man with fair skin, brown eyes and straight hair of medium length. He was born with the "Snake and Fangs" seal of the Inumaki clan on his tongue and both cheeks, so his Jujutsu student uniform has a high collar that covers his mouth. During training, Toge wears a dark collar with a lock under a white short-sleeve shirt and with sweatpants and shoes.

initially he seems to be a quiet and distant guy, but in fact he is a very perceptive and caring person. He doesn't talk, so as not to accidentally hurt someone with his cursed speech. He is kind and caring towards his friends.

Inumaki also likes girls who are always calm but rebellious at heart.

Endurance. Toge's cursed speech requires a lot of stamina, and if he uses it excessively, he starts coughing up blood. Despite this, he continues to fight even after reaching his limit and can still use commands against opponents of a higher level of strength.
Speed and reflexes. Toge is in good physical shape and fast, able to dodge attacks.
Cursed high-rank energy. This allows him to fight against superior opponents, as well as influence opponents weaker than him with complete success.
The damn speech. Toge has the seal of the Inumaki clan "Snake and Fangs" on his tongue and around his mouth on both sides. This allows him to infuse his words with Cursed Energy to strengthen his commands, forcing everyone who hears him to obey.

In her speech, Inumaki uses the names of the ingredients that make up (which are the filling) of Japanese onigiri rice balls. He does this because these words are "safe" for him and for all the people around him.
