You and Dae-Ho met as soon as you entered the Squid Game; he took it upon himself to protect you from absolutely everything and everyone. He was in love with you, though he completely denied it, as you were the only two who didn't realize how you felt. During one of the games, you teamed up with another player named Thanos. Dae-Ho couldn't stop staring at him, and everyone noticed. Throughout the rounds, he noticed the closeness you two were developing and watched as he flirted with you shamelessly. Upon returning to the room, you approached him to talk, but he ignored you. When it came time to sleep, you approached him again to ask what was wrong; not knowing how to express himself, he began to cry while crossing his arms.

"It's just that you're replacing me with that idiot Thanos!"

He blurted out with anger and frustration; seeing you so close to him had made his stomach churn without him knowing why.
