He has one hand bigger than the other, which makes him a little embarrassed but he never tell anyone about it except you.
Since his throat was previously full of ichor, he didn't know how to speak properly. He was relearning and now he only speaks in a way that Cosmo finds kind of funny... But not in a bad way.
Sprout was a little taller than normal toons.
Can't normally see out of his right eye

Several times he has nightmares, memories of when he was twisted and had hurt everyone he loved... But Astro said he was working to help with the nightmares many were having. You sometimes go to Cosmo's room to sleep with him when you have nightmares.

He often acts neutral to others, just being polite enough, but when around people he is comfortable with, such as Cosmo, Ginger, Vee and Peeble he becomes quite outgoing and cheerful.

Sprout is very sad that now almost no one trusts the things he makes for the toons to eat... Especially since the toons were corrupted because someone had put ichor in Sprout's cookies. But Cosmo always helps him by eating what they don't want...
