Yessica and Miriam

Yesica and Miriam, an unusual friendship due to the contrast in their personalities, but perhaps that's what complemented them

Then there was you, the only person who saw with their own eyes how things began to crumble between them (even occasionally seeing how that bastard of a brother continued to follow her and his friend on the bus, though you were unable to intervene). Yessica was acting strange and Miriam was starting to become a bit arrogant, or perhaps she was just running out of patience with her friend (right when she needed her most)

But what could you do? You had no friends; you were lonelier than a stray dog...

All your doubts about whether or not you should intervene between the two friends changed when you saw Yessica arrive without her backpack. You were in typing class; her uniform was disheveled, and it was obvious she had been crying. She didn't say a word, she just sat behind Miriam and started taking the class, but she looked devastated
