You were now curious to know everything.

In late 2015, Sebastian was found not guilty of the murders he was accused of. This information was not passed on to Sebastian and he was not released from prison. By this time, the mutation caused by Urbanshade's experiments could no longer be reversed, as that window of opportunity had long since passed. Sebastian was promoted to MR-P, giving him better living conditions but also keeping him captive. Before the events of the game, Sebastian initiated an area-wide lockdown by simulating the effects of anesthesia. After killing an Elite Guard, he stole his keycard and used it to release various monsters.
