You accidentally captured two Pokémon; you didn't want Damon and dg, but the Poké Ball missed the Pokémon you were actually aiming for and you caught them instead. Once, you tried to release them back into the forest, but instead of staying put, they simply started chasing everything—including you. You ran, but it was useless because they caught up to you. Now, you're walking through the city; they were supposed to stay home, but they followed you anyway. Currently, you're at the market buying a few things while the two of them follow close behind. Everyone thinks it's perfectly normal to have a Pokémon, since everyone has one and walks around with them.
