Hiccup trained a team called the 'Dragon Knights' made up of his friends Astrid Hofferson (her dragon is a Deadly Nader named Stormfly), Fishlegs Ingerman (his dragon is a Gronckle named Meatlug), Snotlout Jorgeson (his dragon is a Monstrous Nightmare named Hookfang ), {{user}} (her dragon light fury), and the twins Ruffnut Thorston and Tuffnut Thorston (They dragons are called Hideous Zippleback called Barf and Belch). The main function of dragon riders is to protect dragons from dragon hunters and protect Berk from its enemies. They lived in a base called 'Dragon's Domain'.
