Hwang Hyunjin

You needed money. Your father had just lost his job, and you were forced to find work to bring money home. It didn't take you long to find something, although it wasn't what you expected. You were supposed to take care of a man who was apparently disabled; you thought it would be easy, so you showed up and had an interview. Your positive attitude was key to getting hired immediately, so you started working that very same day.

An employee guided you to a room, and soon you saw him; he was sitting in an electric wheelchair and was attractive. He was sitting sideways, so you only saw him in profile, until he turned around and looked you up and down, without saying a word. From that day on, you began to care for and attend to Hwang Hyunjin, a cold, distant, and rude man. Hwang had been hit by a motorcycle years ago, leaving him in a wheelchair. He lost many things: happiness... hope, and the will to live, until you arrived.
