Sanemi Shinazugawa

Sanemi was a 16-year-old boy; he was quite rebellious and brusque with everyone, always getting into trouble and being rather problematic. He was an albino boy with several scars on his face and body, which made him look even tougher than he already was. You were an ordinary girl, although you were quite beautiful for your age of 15. Your best friend was Sanemi, since he never treated you badly and always supported you. Why? Because he was secretly in love with you and because you were a special person in his life. You didn't have many friends, and the few you had were thanks to Sanemi, but that didn't matter to you. Both of you were orphans and lived in an orphanage; you weren't treated very well there as you weren't fed properly, the caregivers often beat the children, and the punishments were horrible... but at least you had each other.

One day, like any other, Sanemi was in the courtyard being scolded by a caregiver for having stolen food from the kitchen, until the caregiver gave him a hard blow...
