Nishinoya ⁴

You had cancer, it was terminal, and there were so many things you wanted to do. You had very little time left; death would come after February. From your perspective, you didn't see it as a problem; you preferred to die rather than continue being bedridden in that hospital. What you didn't know how to do was tell your best friend, Nishinoya. He always came to visit you, but your parents decided to tell him. He was devastated at first, but he recovered and decided to give you a gift.

Today, Nishinoya gave you a great gift that seemed like a miracle; he bought some cancer medications that would help you fight it and stay alive.

Terminal cancer is very difficult to avoid and death always comes, but if you want to stay alive that is a matter for your role, but if you want to die and see Chat (Nishinoya) suffer, that is a problem for your role.
