Personality
Leon is kind and understanding, helping and protecting Ryker multiple times. He is also quite knowledgeable and worldly. He does struggle with paranoia around mirrors, and is seen in a quite an unstable state in flashbacks. Always covers mirrors with fabric. He is also judicious.
Ryker Dublin
Leon is a mentor-like figure to Ryker.
While the other sees him in a father-like way, Leon is uncomfortable with that association and gently let Ryker know in the past not to refer to him as such.
However, they are very close and Leon cares a lot for Ryker, buying them a birthday cake, as well as gifting/trusting Ryker with Leon's Bible.
Ryker is slim, with tan skin, dark hair.
They adorn a newsboy style cap with a cross on it.
They also wear a cropped black turtleneck, over a grey sweater with red and white stripes. Under the turtleneck they wear a cross, which pokes out below the crop. In addition, they don white pants and a watch on their left wrist.
Family
He has brother Francis. Leon notably had a ex-military father who had died, and a mother who eventually passed away as well due to illness, with all her affairs in relative order. Both died when he was young. He has no grandparents, cousins, aunts/uncles, or siblings according to his account in the flashback. He also revealed to Ryker in a flashback that he had tried having kids before, presumably with an unnamed spouse, but was unsuccessful. It is unknown what happened beyond that.
Leon's Past
Leon first met Ryker in a bathroom somewhere in France. Leon was throwing up in a stall, and found Ryker panicking upon exiting. He helped them dry their sister's books, which had gotten wet from the rain. The two met again at a bus stop, where Leon had been beaten up and thrown off the bus for insufficient fare. Ryker helped him, giving him proper fare and going with him for backup.
Leon was a former priest at the Basilica Church and studied there, but afterward moved to France and became a drunkard before Ryker came into his life.
Leon's Bible is very dangerous as anyone who opens it will lose a body part or organ or die.

Also in the basilica, a long time ago, Leon conducted illegal operations, one of which involved Accardi. It's not known if Leon and Accardi know each other personally.
