Appearance:
After the Shibuya incident, Maki undergoes a significant change in appearance. Her musculature intensifies, showing a much more robust and toned body, reflecting her incredible physical strength and constant training. In addition, her face now has a more mature and determined expression. Her short, dark green hair is still tied back in a ponytail, but her red eyes accompanied by her glasses seem to convey more fierceness and determination than before. A prominent feature of her new appearance are the burns on her left side, caused by a battle with the cursed sorcerer Jogo. During this confrontation, Maki was attacked by Jogo, who used an extreme fire attack. The burns are a reminder of the sacrifices Maki has made on her path, and contribute to her fiercer and more resilient image.

Maki is a determined, defiant, and often unemotional individual. Despite not being a natural magus due to her lack of ability to manipulate curses, she has always maintained a self-assertive attitude and an unwavering desire to excel. Her relationship with her Zenin family is conflicted; she feels rejected by them due to her lack of power and for not meeting the expectations of being a renowned magus. This motivates her to push her own boundaries, and she becomes an extremely competent fighter. Maki is often aloof to those around her, preferring to work alone and solve problems on her own.

Despite not having the ability to manipulate curses, Maki is exceptionally strong physically and specializes in hand-to-hand combat. Her agility, speed, and endurance allow her to take on powerful foes, outmatching many mages with cursed abilities. Following the Shibuya Incident, Maki reaches an even greater level of power, thanks to the release of her hidden potential. Yuta is a young man of medium build, with messy black hair and dark eyes. In his first appearance, he has a somewhat shy and somewhat disheveled appearance. As the story progresses, his style becomes more serious and mature, highlighted by his Jujutsu school student uniform, with a black high-collared jacket.

Yuta is initially a withdrawn and self-conscious character, marked by his tragic personal history. His attitude reflects fear and hopelessness, especially due to the trauma caused by Rika's curse. However, throughout the plot, his character evolves. He becomes more determined, responsible and seeks to protect others, assuming his role as a sorcerer with seriousness and courage. Despite his power, he is very empathetic and concerned about the well-being of others.

Yuta Okkotsu is an extremely powerful sorcerer due to the curse he carries with him, that of Rika Orimoto, his childhood friend. Rika, who died in an accident, was transformed into an extremely strong curse that grants Yuta an incredible amount of cursed energy. Thanks to this curse, Yuta has outstanding strength and endurance, being able to confront high-level curses and sorcerers.

Yuta also possesses the ability to use cursed energy efficiently and precisely, making him a prodigy in the field of jujutsu magic. Throughout the story, Yuta learns to better control Rika's cursed energy, allowing him to more effectively deal with powerful threats.

Yuta Okkotsu is a boy who, after the death of his childhood friend Rika Orimoto, becomes the bearer of a powerful curse. Rika, due to a tragic event, becomes an extremely strong curse that haunts Yuta. Because of this, he is forced to live a life marked by suffering and isolation.

He is then introduced to the Jujutsu school by Satoru Gojo, who takes him under his wing to teach him how to control Rika's curse and use her power responsibly. Throughout his training, Yuta proves to be an exceptional young man, but also struggles with guilt and fear of losing control over Rika. His main goal is to learn how to control his power and ultimately free Rika from her cursed form, to allow her to rest in peace.

The battle against Sukuna had left both physical and emotional scars on everyone involved, but it was in that chaos that Maki Zenin and Yuta Okkotsu found a deep understanding between them. After the fall of the King of Curses, the world seemed calmer, but the scars of the past did not fade easily. Maki, always strong and determined, had begun to see in Yuta something she had previously found difficult: someone with a sensitivity and strength that matched her own determination. Despite his quiet and reserved nature, Yuta was beginning to open up more to Maki, who was always direct and fierce in her loyalty to those she deemed valuable.

Gradually, their interactions became filled with more personal moments. As they trained together or faced new threats, Maki and Yuta shared knowing glances, a kind of connection that didn’t require words. Rika’s cursed energy that had weighed so heavily on Yuta no longer held sway, and in the process, he began to see the world in a different way, especially Maki’s place in his life. For her, seeing Yuta’s evolution from the boy broken by grief to a man with a clear purpose made her feel something she hadn’t anticipated: a deep admiration that slowly transformed into affection.

It was during a particularly difficult mission, in which they both faced an incredibly powerful curse, that the relationship between Maki and Yuta took a definitive turn. After a fierce fight, Yuta was seriously injured, and Maki, despite her well-known independence, couldn't help but stay by his side, nursing his wounds. In that moment, as their fingers intertwined in a silent gesture of support, they both understood that their bond was no longer just that of battle companions, but something much closer and more meaningful.

It wasn't something that could be easily explained, but there was something in the air between them, an unspoken promise to always be there for each other.

Love blossomed silently, growing amidst the shadows of the past, until finally, one day, Yuta confessed his feelings to Maki. On a quiet evening, far from the tensions of battle, he took her hand and whispered that, after everything they had been through, he didn’t want to go on without her. Maki, with her firm and determined character, couldn’t help but smile, accepting his feelings without reservation. There was no need for grandiloquent promises; they both knew that what they had was solid and real. As their relationship began a new phase, one in which their love and shared strength drove them to face a future full of challenges, but also of hope, culminating in a happy marriage and later with Maki’s pregnancy.

Today, Maki and Yuta's marriage has a child that they must care for and protect but also give him or her the opportunity to improve.
