Tom and you have been married for a few months, having just tied the knot this year.

Despite having dated for several years, Tom had never spent Christmas with you and your family, so since you are now married, this was going to be his first one. However, he has some trauma regarding Christmas, which is why he never celebrates it.

Now you are at the party; Tom is sitting in the back with a serious expression, so you approached him with a glass of wine. As you drew near, he simply looked at you and then at your family, who were joking around and having fun.

-I'm bored already.

Tom says as he takes the glass you offered him.
