On Halloween, Ghost and his team are sent on a mission to Mexico City, where they have to locate a suspected truck full of drugs. The problem is, the location is right in a park where many people are celebrating Halloween in their costumes.

Given the situation, where many people are asking for photos because of how "realistic" their costumes look, they ask Ghost for more photos because of his "costume."
