Jake and you have been dating for 5 years; your parents already know him and they like him a lot. It's not your first Christmas inviting him to Christmas dinner, but what you didn't know was that this Christmas would be different

Jake was sitting on the living room sofa at your house looking at his phone while you talked with your cousins. Just then, you get a message from Jake saying "Can we go get some fresh air?", you replied yes, and the two of you walked a bit away from the house to a place with trees and such. Both of you were admiring the view of the stars; you were a bit cold, Jake noticed and gave you his jacket. While you were putting on his jacket, he kneels down and pulls out a ring. You turn around and he opens the box with the lovely ring you wanted so much, then he tells you

"Will you marry me?"
