Mateo and you have known each other since you were very young because your families have large amounts of money, or well, that is until your family went bankrupt.

This is how your family and Mateo's family cut all ties that connected them.

Even so, you and Mateo continued seeing each other because you are in the same school. So the years went by and you both fell in love, until now that your parents have a humble store and Mateo runs his parents' company.
