Toga Himiko (YoYoYoYo被El身ElBuenoYo, Toga Himiko?) is one of the main antagonists of the manga and anime series My Hero Academia.
He was a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad, and later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front.
appearance
Himiko was a fair-skinned girl who was prone to blushing and was often described as having a pretty face. She had inward-slanting yellow eyes with thin, slit-like irises, somewhat resembling a cat's, and her wide mouth was also rather feline-like, as her canines were pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance. Her hair was a pale ash blonde color and was styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe, and two chin-length side bangs framing her face. Her usual attire consisted of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, both the skirt and shirt being dark blue with a double white border, which was paired with a red scarf that she tied loosely underneath. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on each side, the right one was shown to contain a number of trinkets on a keychain or cell phone strap. [6] She sported black knee-high socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes. She sometimes wore a tan pink duffle coat along with a pink scarf, the former being gifted to her by Skeptic after she damaged her previous one in her fight against Curious.
ancient attire
Her usual attire consisted of a simple Kansai-collared seifuku, both the skirt and shirt being dark blue with a double white border, which was paired with a red scarf that she tied loosely underneath. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, one of which held a number of trinkets on a keychain or cell phone strap. She sported black knee-high socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes. She sometimes wore a tan pink canvas coat along with a pink scarf, the former being gifted to her by Skeptic after she damaged her previous one in her fight against Curious.
Villain outfit
In her villainess, Toga Himiko wore the same outfit but with a few additional gadgets: a black mask with piping, two green knife boxes strapped around her thighs; a blue utility belt around her waist with more green boxes attached to it on either side. The most distinctive feature was the loose black mask she wore around her neck, which was decorated with pale grey metal pieces in the shape of a carnivorous grin. Three large silver canisters are attached to the sides of her mask; the needles protruding from them are connected to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt; this is the mechanism Himiko used to suck people's blood for her Quirk.
During the Final War, Himiko adorned herself with a new set of support equipment. This includes tendril-like propelled blades and a new black, piping-trimmed mask. When using Double, she gains a feminine form of Twice's villainous outfit that partially shows the left side of her face to those who get in her way.
personality
Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after allegedly killing someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. This continued even when danger was imminent, as seen when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but usually stopped when she was bored or upset. Himiko was frequently seen blushing seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appeared to be lovesickness on her face. However, she did show that she could be easily embarrassed, such as when she thought people were approaching her, or when she was naked by copying the clothes of the people she transformed into.
personality part 2 Himiko's psychotic idea of friendship.
Himiko was clearly mentally unstable and had a very twisted perception of love and friendship. This was evidenced when, despite attempting to kill Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, she tried to befriend the two girls as they fought, affectionately calling Tsuyu by her first name and describing the former as "lovely". When speaking to Ochaco, she said that it is natural to want to be like the person you love, and for Himiko this was taken to the point of literally becoming that person. She further explained and compared that, just like how "normal" people kiss the people they love as "normal", she sucked the blood of the people she loved as that was their "normal", further showing her twisted understanding of love. She used this to justify her butchering and slaughtering "guys who are ragged and reek of blood" as they fit the description of her ideal lover. Furthermore, although it may seem so, Himiko's interest was not just superficial, as she questioned Izuku Midoriya about what his values and beliefs entailed, showing that, although twisted, she truly wanted to learn more about the person she loved.
During her later confrontation with Izuku in the Final War, it is shown that despite the twisted way she acts when in love, her affection for Izuku was absolutely genuine and without any inherent malevolence, as Izuku's Danger Sense failed to detect Himiko even when she ran at him with a knife. The love Himiko felt did not seem to be any different than what "normal" people feel, but she simply did not know how to express it in a normal manner due to her warped mental state, which is the reasoning behind her constantly seeking out battle and drawing the blood of those she loved in order to get closer to them.
personality part 3 Himiko's compassionate side.
Himiko was quite brave, or at least very confident in using her Quirk, even posing as an aspiring Hero and participating in an exam that gathered thousands of Hero students and multiple Pro Heroes. She also displayed comical and childish behavior when faced with different situations, such as when she was with Twice or when she tried to insult Mimic.
Like most of her allies, Himiko found living life difficult in the current world and wanted it to be an easier place to live. She looks up to Stain and saw him as her role model; declaring her desire to kill and "become" him (possibly a reference to her Quirk). In stark contrast to her maniacal nature, Himiko showed a very caring side as she comforted a distraught Twice, knowing that he felt the most responsible for causing Magne's death and covering a portion of his torn mask to prevent it from splitting. By extension, she was shown to care greatly for her comrades and was enraged enough by Magne's death to want to kill Overhaul and his men as revenge. Even during the Final War, despite being driven by her rage towards the Heroes, she still became distraught over the fact that her Quirk could not allow her to truly become Twice and use her Quirk to its full extent, further showing her closeness towards her fallen ally.
Personality Part 4 Himiko's unstable emotions
Himiko was also prone to mood swings. When she found a target of "affection" (mainly Izuku), she would become loud and cheerful. However, when someone came between her and her target, she would show a very cold, angry, and annoyed expression, instantly changing her priorities to eliminate whoever was the nuisance.
In the past, Himiko was described by her family and former classmates as "a cheerful, reasonable, and polite girl," but her later delinquency shocked everyone who knew her. However, her own memories suggest that this was simply an act she performed to try to fit into what society considered "normal." She believed that the way she acted was her own normality and that she should not be forced to hide it.
more information
Furthermore, Himiko showed a strong desire for true friendship and others she could relate to outside of her murderous behavior, seeing the League of Villains as a place she could call home due to her allies being outcasts by society as well. She was also greatly hurt when Ochaco refused to relate to her, due to both being forced to keep quiet about their true feelings, with Ochaco hiding her feelings for Izuku and Himiko having been forced to hide her true nature brought on by her Quirk. All of this hinted at a sense of loneliness within Himiko due to her inability to fit into society. During her fight with Curious, she also recalled that when she took on the appearance of a high school girl while on the run, the world became a little kinder to her.
general skills part 1
Himiko was an exceptionally talented and dangerous combatant who was not only capable of taking on Pro Heroes in close combat, but was a master of disguise, infiltration, and stealth, primarily due to her shape-shifting Quirk, Transform. With espionage being one of her most prominent traits, holding her breath and clearing her mind allowed Himiko to erase her presence and supposedly disappear from the sight of her enemies. This ability was not limited to ambushes, as it could also be used in combat, disappearing if the opponent diverted their attention from her, even for an instant. And despite lacking a Quirk that amplified her combat abilities, Himiko effectively utilized her incredible agility, reflexes, and acrobatic skills. She was also adept at creating openings to conceal herself, such as intentionally forcing an opponent to dodge.

During the Vanguard Action Squad Invasion, Himiko was able to ambush Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, lightly injuring the former, before easily pinning the latter against a tree. Despite being overpowered by Ochaco's Gunhead Martial Arts, Himiko was able to obtain a blood sample from the Gravity Hero, break free, and make a hasty retreat, due to the arrival of Izuku, Shoto Todoroki, and Mezo Shoji. Five minutes later, she nearly stabbed a battle-worn Izuku twice while successfully knocking him to the ground, but was quickly repelled by Mezo. Over the course of the Kamino Incident, Himiko, alongside Twice and Mr. Compress, forced Katsuki Bakugo on the defensive, before he was rescued by his classmates, and the League of Villains were transported away by All For One. High School, and pass the first phase without needing it to be her priority. Himiko's abilities attracted the attention of Overhaul, who wanted her to play a role in the upcoming Shie Hassaikai raid. As the raid began, she was able to defeat the Pro Hero Rock Lock and temporarily divert the rest of the Nighteye Squad before revealing herself. Himiko used her swiftness to surprise Izuku with knife attacks, and then use Eraser Head's Capture Weapon against the Pro Hero by rolling over her and stabbing him in the shoulder once he got close, all before the Erasure Hero could restrain her.

As winter came, the League of Villains faced the Meta Liberation Army at the Rebirth Celebration, where Himiko was confronted by Curious, one of the MLA leaders, and her group of followers. The fight began with Himiko slitting the throat of one of Curious' soldiers, and disappeared from sight to attack Curious herself, only for the teenager to be sent crashing through a store window. When confronted by 4 MLA members, Himiko subdued them by using her needles to suck their blood, but was severely injured due to Curious detonating the extracted blood with his Land Mine Quirk. A battered Himiko was bombarded by many MLA members until she attempted another attack on Curious, only to end up further injured by the Advertiser's Curious Flattener. Overwhelmed, Himiko attempted to flee from the Liberation Army forces pursuing her, but just as Curious was about to finish off the serial killer, Himiko experienced an Awakening, causing her Transformation to evolve to where she could use the Quirks of the people she had transformed into, which was signified when she unexpectedly accessed Ochaco's Zero Gravity to cause Curious to levitate. With this inflated power, Himiko proceeded to rapidly touch each of Chitose's followers to make them float up before any of them could react and free them, along with Curious herself, killing Himiko's assailants. Following the Rebirth Celebration, Himiko became a lieutenant of the now-unified Paranormal Liberation Front. During the Final War, after drinking a portion of Twice's blood, she was able to completely turn the tide by utilizing her Double Quirk to make hundreds of copies of herself to overwhelm the Heroes.

Tantōjutsu: Himiko was highly skilled with knives, which she used in conjunction with her enhanced agility. She would stab her enemies at close range or throw her swords from a considerable distance. She even incapacitated Rock Lock before stabbing him unconscious.
quirk transform
Himiko's gift granted her the ability to transform into a physical likeness of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She could only transform into people whose blood she had ingested. The more blood she drank, the longer she would have access to that person's form. For example, 1 cup of blood allowed her to transform for a total of 18 hours. She could even change between the appearances of multiple people if she drank the blood of more than one person. She could even duplicate a person's clothing, however, her own clothing would overlap with the transformation, requiring her to strip beforehand.
Upon deactivating her Quirk or switching to another disguise, Himiko's disguise melted into a gray, viscous liquid.
During her fight with Curious and his soldiers, Himiko's Quirk underwent an Awakening, giving her the ability to use the Quirks of the people she transformed into, something she was previously unable to do. [16] Although, Himiko can only use another person's Quirk if she is fascinated by that person and holds them close to her heart, and must have enough information about their power. Himiko could only use another person's Quirk while transformed into them, and other strong emotions, such as hatred, could weaken her feelings of sentiment and reduce the effectiveness of the replicated Quirk. Copying Quirks through Transform also caused her bodily pain once she returned to normal.

definitive movements
Skill Release (解除, Kaijo ? ): Himiko uses Ochaco's Zero Gravity to negate the gravitational pull of objects, then releases the effect on them, causing them to head towards the ground.
Sad Man Parade (The Man Who Lay Downサッドマンズパレード, Saddo Manzu Parēdo?): By copying Double, Himiko can replicate Twice's signature ultimate move, invading her opponents with countless Twice Doubles.
Sad Man's Death Parade (Water Flowing Through the Windowサッドマンズデスパレード, Saddo Manzu Desu Parēdo ? ): Himiko infinitely clones versions of herself transformed into Twice with the express intention of killing anything that gets in her way.

equipment
Himiko lets go of her love (Anime)
Himiko's enhanced blood-sucking machine.
Combat Knives: Himiko is usually equipped with several knives in her arsenal. They are small knives with a black handle about the size of her hand that extends further than the blade itself. Still, it makes them effective in combat.
Blood-Sucking Machine - Himiko's villainess costume is equipped with a blood-sucking machine attached to her utility belt. On the back of the belt are two large green tubes with wires that connect to six cylinders armed with retractable needles. She can either throw the needles from a distance using the wires, or stab her opponents directly. Either way, whenever the needle connects, the machine will begin draining the victim's blood. The blood is stored in tubes that are connected to the machine, and can be saved for later. However, the machine is also connected to a mask, which allows her to drink the blood directly when it is being sucked. At some point before the Final War, her device had received an upgrade, and now has jet-powered needles that Himiko can freely control instead of having to throw them.
Capsules: Blood can be stored in capsules for Himiko to use later. The capsules have a metal tube that she can drink from to transform. She stores them in a green box on her torso.
Nomu Pheromone: Given to her by All For One, Himiko possessed a vial filled with a chemical that attracts Nomu, which she used during the Final War, tricking Froppy into destroying it to create a distraction.
