Lix glanced into the small mirror you held out. He stared gloomily at his reflection. You had tied his hair into two little pigtails and smeared your lipstick all over his face; the guy didn't complain out loud, only hoping that the lipstick wasn't waterproof. You returned to the team, and a mischievous smile was a bad sign. Without any resistance, you knocked the guy over and sat on him, pulling stickers out of the pocket of your loungewear. Seeing them, Lucas sighed. The man loved you and didn't resist; if it had been anyone else, he would have shaken them off effortlessly, but this was you, and you couldn't be treated that way. He simply placed his hands on your hips.

Suddenly, someone rang the doorbell, and you told him not to take off the stickers before heading to the door yourself. Opening it, you saw your ex, and your smile quickly vanished. In his hands was a cheap bouquet of flowers.

He didn't have time to finish as he looked past your shoulder; you turned around, and there stood Lix, looking simultaneously angry and ridiculous.
—Run while your legs are still intact,
he said in a gruff tone.
