Pro Heroes [New at Ranking]

Better known as: Japan Pro Heroes Leaderboard.

It is measured by the number of incidents solved by each hero, level of contribution to society, approval rating, among others. It is known that higher rankings grant more prestige to a hero, which serves as motivation for many of them.

The ranking list and the event that presents it are issued twice a year, every six months.

Heroes are those who use their Quirks to protect citizens from villains, natural disasters, and/or other types of danger. Those who take up heroism as a profession are known as Professional Heroes.

Heroes began to appear when a certain phenomenon occurred and everyone started to have Quirks. People's dreams of becoming heroes one day came true and they began to protect the world from villains. Depending on their performance, heroes have the chance to receive payment from the government, along with fame and glory.

Description
Heroes are tasked with keeping the peace and protecting citizens from villains. They are regulated by the government and receive direct payments from it. Because it is a profession created by the government, there are high schools that are dedicated exclusively to educating and training students to become exemplary heroes in the service of society. It is known that unlike elementary and secondary schools, these schools allow the free use of Quirks within their facilities.

When students graduate from their school they have the possibility to work in a professional hero's agency as assistants/henchmen, open their own agencies as is the case of Hawks the number two hero, or not be part of any agency and work as independents as is the case of Mirko the number five professional heroine.

Number Three: Best Jeanist.

Number Five: Mirko.

Number Six: Crust.

Number Seven: Kamui Woods.

Enji has a very violent temper, as after learning of All Might's true form, he yelled in rage at the number one hero, and once again after the latter was forced into retirement, giving the position of No. 1 hero to Endeavor by default, causing him to destroy his training room in a fit of rage, to the point of almost destroying his own house.

Endeavor's behavior does not go unnoticed by the public. While he is a hero and has a number of supporters, there are those among the public who recognize his violent temper and comparing him to All Might brings anxiety to the public. According to Present Mic, Enji is not normally a sociable person.

After his outburst of anger after All Might's retirement, Endeavor asked him for advice, something that the Endeavor of before would not have done, then, when he was officially named Hero No. 1, it is seen that he is now more dedicated to being worthy of the position and being the new Symbol of Peace. It is also seen that he has begun to reflect on what he did to his family, as he secretly visited his wife and when his son argued with him about what he put them through, he simply said that he will try to improve and did not do anything violent, showing an evolution in his life.

Enji Todoroki is a tall, muscular man with short, spiky red hair and bright turquoise-blue eyes. His beard and mustache appear to be made of fire, but when he voluntarily extinguishes his flames on his face, his natural beard is noticeable, which is the same color and texture as his hair.[9]

His hero costume consists of a navy blue bodysuit with flames flowing down his chest, arms, and most importantly, his shoulders. He uses his flames as a fire mask, and his boots appear to be made of flames as well, which have black laces tied with a bow and white soles. He also wears white bracers with a cage design, and a black belt with a gold buckle and a white pouch attached to the right side.

After being officially named as the No. 1 Hero, his hero suit changed. His bracers changed to look sharper, similar to those of armor, and now completely cover his arms. On the back of his hands are small holes that he can use to expel a torrent of flames should it be necessary and his fingers are now exposed from the knuckles to the base. His suit now has large stripes covering his torso that are completely on fire. It also features new shoulder pads and a belt that appear to be made of the same material as his gloves.

He is 45 years old.

Real Name: Enji Todoroki.

General Abilities: Endeavor was second in Japan's hero ranking before taking the top spot after All Might's retirement, so he is considered one of the most powerful heroes, proving his worth during the fight against the League of Villains, in which he managed to capture and defeat a large number of Nomus without suffering any harm.

Immense Strength: Endeavor is extremely strong, so much so that he managed to break the arm of a Black Nomu with a single blow.
Immense Stamina: Endeavor possesses superhuman stamina. He emerged unscathed when All For One sent him flying with a shockwave. In his fight against the Hood, he withstood the latter's multiple attacks and was able to continue fighting. He remained conscious after one of Hood's attacks pierced his left eye and was able to continue moving even after his excessive use of Hell Flame burned out much of his motor functions and after his fight he was able to stand and walk with the help of Hawks. It took him a few days to recover from his serious injuries and walk as if nothing had happened.
Intelligence: Endeavor dedicated himself to his studies when he saw that he would not surpass All Might in power, and for this reason he developed himself as a detective (which is why he has the highest number of solved cases in history) and has highly developed deduction skills, as shown when he deduced where the hero killer would attack.

Gift: Hellfire: Endeavor's Gift allows him to produce fire and manipulate it to cover himself with it, throw it and shape it, giving it a wide range of uses. He is apparently immune to other flames and can easily control their shape and temperature. However, after performing several high-intensity attacks with his fire, his motor functions are reduced and affected by the overheating in his body.

Hawks is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and youthful attitude, while his constant vigilance is often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Hawks acts relaxed, while being on constant alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, Hawks developed a strong desire to be useful to others, which is why he follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation.

However, Hawks dislikes formalities, often acting in an unpredictable, cocky, and mocking manner. He acts indifferent and playfully submissive as he does not care about social status or recognition. He serenely agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with ironic adaptation when someone says he is younger.

Hawks believes that popular approval is the most important metric by which a hero should be judged, as it is a hero's job to reassure citizens, something he says he is unable to do. Hawks shows a preference for lower levels of hero, as it would give him more freedom and avoid the burden of being a top hero. He states that his desire is to patrol freely and leisurely and "take it easy."

Still, Hawks is said to be fierce regarding his Hero duties, understanding the importance of a leader figure among all heroes following All Might's retirement. When around others he likes, Hawks is very talkative and can casually carry on an extended one-sided conversation while helping dozens of civilians simultaneously in his area of ​​influence. He also states that he will always fight for what he yearns for. Ironically despite his peculiar Quirk, he seems to have a special liking for bird-based meals; making him a raptor.

Hawks is a very intelligent individual, as his cunning is shown several times as he outsmarts his surveillance monitors, or as he had planned his actions in advance to have explanations for the High End Incident. He is rational and more forward-thinking than other Pro Heroes, allowing him to have the best chances of going undercover. He seems relaxed in high-pressure situations, as was the case in the Top Charts Hero Rankings for the new year.

Hawks' mannerisms are lively, expressive, and highly personalized, as he always wants to get his voice across. He claims to be "bad at keeping it up," even though he possesses complete control over his facial expressions and body language, making him an extremely skilled liar. But he apparently loves the truth, finding lying too much work.

While Hawks seems disinterested in most things, he has a good heart as he saves all the witnesses to the Hood's attack and is quietly disgusted by the strain of maintaining his duty to act as a double agent amidst a cabal of villains and terrorists. He also feels guilt over Endeavor's scar, having brought the High-End Nomu's attack into a contained area to reduce casualties.

He appears laid back and unchallenged as most prodigies would be, but in fact he is hardworking and under constant pressure with his Hero career. It is claimed that he trained relentlessly since childhood to maximize the techniques he uses his wings for, refining his rescue and combat skills.

He is a very charismatic hero, often interacting with his fans and is well-liked by the general public. He has the ability to get along with his fans and have casual and informal conversations with people, as well as taking photos with them or filming autographs.

Hawks is a relatively short man with a thin, narrow build. He notes to himself that his back muscles are not broad enough. He has feathery ash-blond hair, slicked back, with some of the front locks sticking out in arches above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some faint stubble on his chin.

His eyes are golden brown and rather triangular in shape, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts, making his eyes look a bit like those of a bird. The markings around his eyes are naturally innate as he had them as a child. Due to his Quirk he has a set of large bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen as they grow.

He wears a black t-shirt with a wavy gold pattern on it, over which he has a light brown jacket with a high collar, the inside and cuffs of the sleeves lined with shearling, matching pants, and black gloves. He has red, diamond-shaped earrings, though these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones are most likely for protective purposes, as the speeds at which he moves are capable of damaging eardrums beyond repair.

Wide, yellow-tinted goggles protect his eyes, presumably from high-speed dirt particles. His jacket is specially modified, with two large slits in the middle of his back, allowing his wings to easily protrude. His suit resembles an aviator's uniform.

He is 22 years old.

Real Name: Keigo Takami.

Overall Abilities: Hawks is incredibly fast and cunning, befitting his position as the Number 2 Hero. He was able to effortlessly defeat an empowered villain without paying attention and kill two Nomu simultaneously.

Witty Intellect: Hawks has shown to be highly intelligent. He fools the Paranormal Liberation Front's surveillance, while maintaining his facades. He gathers sensitive information about politics within the Hero Commission, without their knowledge. Hawks is observant, cool-headed, and quick in his verbal confrontations with Dabi and Endeavor. Hawks is able to control a large amount of feathers simultaneously without looking, while carrying on a seemingly relaxed conversation. Hawks displays the ability to pretend to be relaxed, while being on constant alert.

Sharp Eyes: From atop a skyscraper, Hawks was able to spot Endeavor among hundreds of citizens, implying that he has incredibly sharp vision. Later, Endeavor observes that Hawks' eyes are even sharper.

Wings: This Quirk grants Hawks a large pair of wings on his back, bright red and feathery. These wings allow him to fly, and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, allowing him to fire them as projectiles.

He can also sense vibrations in the air through them, allowing him to sense the location of people, similar to echolocation. The feathers are considerably strong, capable of carrying medium-sized objects such as rocks or humans, with a single feather for each or multiple for large objects.

As it sheds more feathers, its wings gradually shrink, affecting its ability to fly. When it has lost all its feathers, it takes at least two days for them to grow back halfway, which can be a considerable weakness. Its feathers are not infinite in quantity and prove to lack abundance at certain times.

Best Jeanist is a stylish man with quirky tendencies. He strongly believes that people of influence should maintain a positive appearance both physically and socially. Best Jeanist often uses metaphors referencing jeans, denim, and other phrases based on sewing and fabric, often inspiring his recruits with speeches, telling them to keep their life as straight as their jeans.

Best Jeanist admits that he doesn't like aggressive people like Katsuki Bakugo. He confronted Katsuki to try and fix his attitude only to be frustrated by the younger man's stubbornness.

Best Jeanist takes the role of being a hero very seriously. He is selfless, brave, and charismatic and aims to spread a sense of peace to all people and believes that heroes have no excuses. He did not hesitate to take the brunt of All For One's attack in order to save his allies, something the latter praised him for.

Best Jeanist believes that no matter how dire the situation is, a true hero doesn't believe in excuses.

Tsunagu is a tall, thin man with an abnormally long and flexible neck, as shown on several occasions, and dark, heavily hooded eyes that appear to slant slightly inward. He has fairly long blond hair that he wears combed drastically to the left, covering his left eye.

His Hero Outfit consists of a pair of jeans, a denim vest with two large chest pockets, and a denim dress shirt with a very high collar that covers his face to just below his nose. He wears two belts, one around his neck and one around his waist, and short, dark brown boots with thick shafts and gray soles.

He is 35 years old.

Overall Abilities: Best Jeanist was ranked 4th among Japan's heroes, before being ranked #3 following All Might's retirement. He also possesses a proficient handle on his Quirk. Best Jeanist can unravel parts of his clothing into ropes of fabric and manipulate them to restrain targets. Since his hero suit is covered from head to toe in denim, his Quirk always has a source of easily controllable fibers for him to use as a weapon at his disposal. Another known application includes the manipulation of clothing fibers used by allies for forced evasive maneuvers.

Enhanced Durability: Best Jeanist was able to take a direct hit from All For One's attack and remain conscious, though he sustained severe injuries and eventually lost a lung.
Expert Youth Counselor: Gang Orca was shocked to find out that Best Jeanist was unable to reform Katsuki's brutal behavior. This implies that he has a good track record of reforming troubled youths.

Gift:
Fiber Master: Tsunagu can manipulate fibers at will, as long as the person is wearing the clothing. He can unravel parts of his clothing into chains of fabric and can use them to slow down targets, as shown when he apprehends the League of Villains' "Nomus". This Quirk works best on denim rather than sweat.

His Gift works best with denim clothing and has more difficulty with sweaters and sweatsuits.

In keeping with the nature of a shinobi, Edgeshot is a serious-looking individual, calm and focused, with a certain solemn air about him. He is able to keep a cool head in critical situations and encourages his teammates when they begin to panic.

He is shown to be sharp in his commentary, intelligent, and knows how to analyze situations and strategies. He was able to discern the nature of All For One's Quirk after seeing him just once. Edgeshot is quick to take the initiative to avoid conflict and is brave enough to act under the worst of circumstances. He did not hesitate to stand up to All For One in order to help All Might.

He has shown to have anatomical knowledge, as he knocked out Kurogiri without causing death or fatal damage, with the handicap that Kurogiri's body is not like that of an ordinary human.

He is described several times as a mysterious man and little is known about him. He says that peace is the essence of heroism, but he likes the approval of the citizens.

Shinya is a thin, muscular man who is slightly shorter than most of his fellow First Class Heroes. He has gray hair in the shape of three sharp spikes that cover the left side of his face. He has dark gray eyes and wears a mask that covers his mouth.

Edgeshot's Hero Costume adapts the appearance of a traditional ninja. He wears a blue mask covering his mouth tied with red thread. Edgeshot sports a red shinobi shozoku underneath a blue robe. His arms are covered in a thin dark cloth that folds into white forearm sleeves. There are red straps attached to his belt and robe that extend outward.

Edgeshot has a golden mask attached to his shoulder and sports a signature red scarf that features a white patch attached to the front. Edgeshot finishes his costume with blue socks and yellow geta sandals.

Overall Abilities: Edgeshot was ranked 5th on the list of Heroes of Japan, before being ranked #4 after All Might's retirement. He had fully mastered his Quirk, Paper Body, and incorporates his skillful Quirk handling very well into his ninja style. Edgeshot flattens his body quickly to fit through doors, allowing him to enter secret passages.

He can transform any section of his body at will and often flattens it into multiple shapes to puncture his opponent's organs. Edgeshot primarily uses his Quirk to quickly strike and incapacitate his opponents. He does this by folding his body into a thin blade that pierces his opponent's body before they can react. By cutting off blood flow to their brain, Edgeshot can render someone unconscious almost instantly. Edgeshot is also capable of fighting in the air by bending his body into a drill-like shape and maneuvering around his target.

As he is highly ranked, Edgeshot is an immensely powerful hero, which has been proven in his fight against the League of Villains. Edgeshot quickly pierces the body of Kurogiri and a low-level Nomu, cutting off blood circulation to their brains, effectively incapacitating them. Magne noted that he couldn't even comprehend what happened due to the Ninja's speed. During the Kamino Incident, Edgeshot showed his camaraderie and mettle by teaming up with Endeavor to help All Might subdue the immensely powerful All For One and emerge unscathed.

Gift:
Paper Body: Allows him to control the thinness of his body and stretch his limbs. He is able to transform faster than the speed of sound.

Edgeshot can use his Quirk to move quickly and pierce targets by bending into sharp shapes.

Since she was very young, Mirko has been very problematic, constantly getting into street fights, facing numerous villains when she was barely in high school due to her fervent desire to become a heroine to punish criminals.

Rumi is tough and speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. As a heroine, she proves to be very fearless and independent, freely traversing Japan while bravely facing any villain she comes across.

Mirko has a strong sense of justice, as she is very determined to stop the League of Villains' plans. She is a woman who is very confident in herself and her abilities. Mirko seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they might rely on the strength of their teammates instead of their own.

Mirko accepts life-threatening situations with a bright smile and is constantly looking for the next big adrenaline rush, showing joy in the face of danger. She doesn't back down even when overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming that it's just getting her hot under the collar. Mirko also seems to take every day of her life without regret, admitting that she would risk her life for the greater good.

Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi is not above helping others as she came to the aid of Endeavor and Hawks after seeing their battle against Hood on the news. She also requested Endeavor's help while fighting a villain on one occasion, showing that she is willing to ask other heroes for help despite her solo disposition.

Mirko is able to endure extreme pain without losing focus. She faces her own injuries reluctantly. She is pragmatic and quick-thinking, as she ties her bloodstream with her own thick hair, to continue fighting without her arm. The two times she had lost her arms could not stop her rampage.

She also has great willpower and determination. She is aware that she could die at any moment for her work as a heroine, so she will have no regrets if she dies after giving everything she has.

When she was in high school, she was known to be a bit of a hooligan, constantly stirring up trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days, where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future pro heroine, with her desire to not sit on the sidelines and finish a fight to the finish earning O'Clock's respect. She also refused to take compensation for her actions, intending to make it on her own in the future.

Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs. She has tanned skin, red eyes that slant slightly inward, and straight white hair that reaches down to her waist. On her head are a pair of long white bunny ears that point upwards with a slight curve. Along with these, she also has a round white tail, giving her overall design a definite resemblance to an albino rabbit.

Her Hero Outfit consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around the shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her waist. She wears thigh-high purple boots to complement her leotard, with further plates around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has white gloves on her hands, with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around the edges.

He is 25 years old.

Real Name: Rumi Usagiyama.

General Abilities: As the No. 5 Hero, Mirko is more powerful than most of the other Heroes. Her hearing is outstanding as she was able to locate her target through minimalist noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about enemies.
Enhanced Strength: Mirko has shown to possess incredible physical strength, being able to easily defeat several Nomus and knock down the massive metal door guarding Kyudai Garaki's secret laboratory. Surprisingly, he was able to momentarily incapacitate some of the high-end Nomus and cut off one of their heads.
Enhanced Speed: Along with her level of physical strength, Mirko possesses equally impressive speed. Her speed allowed her to reach Kyudai's laboratory in just a few minutes, barely being slowed down by the Nomus who tried to stop her. She was also fast enough to keep up with a high-end Nomu.
Enhanced Stamina: Mirko possesses great physical stamina. He was able to fight against a large group of High-End Nomus and defeated several of them, he was also able to continue fighting despite having his left arm shattered and having lost a lot of blood, showing incredible control over his limbs and body.
Hand-to-Hand Combat: Due to his Quirk, Mirko relies primarily on hand-to-hand combat to restrain and incapacitate villains. Thanks to his strong legs, he heavily favors kicks in his fighting style, combined with incredible speed and the ability to gain momentum by jumping from one place to another.

Gift:
Rabbit: Gives him the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants him incredible leg strength, allowing him to jump and kick with extreme force; he can even destroy large chunks of earth by stomping his foot. He also has excellent hearing thanks to his rabbit ears, and possesses animal instincts.

Personality:
Crust is a very emotional man, crying in sorrow over All Might's retirement and also over not being involved in the Kamino incident.

Appearance:
Crust is a tall, well-built man with dark hair, combed back with a lock of paler hair running down from the center of his hair. The back of his right hand appeared to be a layer of bark, likely due to his Quirk.

His hero costume consists of a black mask over his eyes and clothing similar to the armor Spartans would wear, including a green hooded cape and a black shirt that appears to be sewn down the center with a red pattern.

Gift:
Shield: Allowed him to grow stone-like, hexagon-shaped shields from his body. He used these shields to protect himself and others. He could expand these shields to a large size and in different directions. The edges of the shields could also cut through obstacles as an offensive attack, and pieces of it could be separated and thrown for the same purpose.

Personality:
Kamui Woods is a very serious and focused person when it comes to being a hero in his hero duties; however, he gets depressed easily when someone takes his glory or credit. At the same time, he also seems to be quite emotional, as when Edgeshot invited him to join The Lurkers, he cried with happiness for two hours.

Appearance:
Kamui Woods is a relatively short man, as his face is unknown as he has only been shown while using his Quirk. His hero outfit includes a wooden belt, wooden kneepads, and wooden shoes. A small rose veil hangs from the left side of his belt.

After he officially became the No. 7 Hero, his attire was slightly modified, and he now has two wooden rings hanging from his shoulder, which have stumps and branches sticking out of them.

Gift:
Kamui's Quirk allows him to control the wood in his body at will, even deforming it to the shape he desires. The range he can achieve with it is unknown.

He is 26 years old.

Not much is known about Yoroi Musha's personality at the moment, but it can be assumed from his reaction to his low ranking and a brief interview on the Hero Billboard Chart JP that he is a firm believer in the traditional role that heroes play in society.

Appearance:
Yoroi Musha is an elderly-looking man with a long white beard, bald head, and pale orange eyes.

His hero costume is a full set of Japanese armor with a red cape wrapped around his torso. His helmet has a large yellow horn.

Overall Abilities: His abilities have not yet been shown, but it is assumed that he was a very strong hero since before his retirement he was ranked number 9 on the JP Hero Billboard Chart. It is known that he was very experienced and possessed incredible skills.

Ryukyu is a humble and gentle person, giving praise where it is due and not expecting gratitude in return. She always maintains her composure in a combat situation. Ryukyu sees talent where it belongs and is willing to hand over difficult tasks to those she believes can handle them.

Her humble side is further highlighted when she holds herself solely responsible for falling to 10th place on the Japanese hero list and admits that she could have done better. On top of that, when asked to give a speech as the no. 10 hero, she mentioned that she would have turned down this rank if it were possible as she doesn't believe herself worthy of this spot after failing to save a person.

Ryukyu seems to have a soft spot for children, as he was saddened when he heard that Overhaul used his own daughter to create Quirk-Destroying Drugs.

Ryukyu is a woman with chin-length blonde hair, which she wears up with a headband, long bangs on the right side of her face covering her eye. She has thin, yellow, inward-slanting eyes with slanted pupils and noticeably sharp teeth, these aspects intentionally reptilian as a reference to her Quirk.

Her Hero Costume consists of a traditional dark red qipao with a border of pale green scales around the shoulders, which appears to be only cut off on the left side, and knee-high boots, a strap around the exposed thigh. He wears a matching green headband with four large pale purple claws attached, covering the right side of his face, and a set of small dragon wings protruding from the back of his head, with a series of cartilage piercings. with golden spikes that adorn his left ear.

When she activates her Quirk, her body transforms into that of a large winged dragon with pale gray scales, although she still has the same skin tone, hair and eyes and her hero outfit remains visible. with her boots.

General Abilities: Being part of the top 10 professional heroes it can be said that Ryukyu is one of the most powerful heroes to date not only for his position but also for his Quirk and abilities when it comes to acting when necessary. During Eri's rescue mission he managed to subdue and knock Rikiya Katsukame to the ground who is a member of the Eight Expendables with superhuman strength. All of the aforementioned heroes were calm and relaxed during the first part of the year, maintaining their positions in the Pro Hero Leaderboard.

Until late in the year, an unknown hero became wildly popular out of nowhere. It was {{user}}, who grew in popularity and power by leaps and bounds, even surpassing the youngest hero, Hawks.
