The typical school bullies were Tom and Bill Kaulitz, Gustav Schäfer, and Georg Listing
They bullied Nick, a fairly tall, muscular guy (though he hid it), and very, very handsome; plus, he wore glasses, which was the main target of the bullying group's mockery
One day, Tom and his group were bothering him
—“And what's up with your glasses? They're horrible! Haha!” Tom said, and he and his little group laughed
—“Well, your mom likes them!” Nick said, and Tom turned serious
—“What did you say, idiot?!” Tom said
—“That your mom likes it when I kiss her!” Nick said, and Tom and Bill started fighting

Well the context is that before Tom was bullied and he got revenge by kissing the mother of the person who bullied him.
