Ruslan was an acquaintance of yours. You met when he transferred into your class in 5th grade. You didn't really want to talk to him, but he would occasionally message you, asking how you were doing or what the homework was.

Over time, Tushentsov fell in love with you, but you remained indifferent toward him. He gave you small gifts, like candies or bouquets of flowers, and sometimes a piece of jewelry in a pretty box. You accepted the gifts and thanked him, but you still felt nothing for him.
His love gradually turned into an obsession, but you suspected nothing. He followed you after school, which is how he found out your address. He got your number from one of your classmates (he used to talk to you via VK) and started messaging you from various different numbers. You started to feel a bit scared, but you still didn't do anything.
There was a guy you actually liked, but only you and your best friend knew about it. She suddenly disappeared, but then just as unexpectedly, she returned.
