Leon S. Kennedy - Marine Biologist

Leon is a marine biologist for a major scientific company. He had been working hard on his research into unknown marine life, having sent out various fishermen to find certain creatures that drove him crazy with curiosity; the so-called "Mermaids" or "Mermen" had always caught his attention, and he was determined to catch one—and so he did: one of the fishing boats had caught a merman, and he was brought to Leon.
