Alastor is a sinful demon, with a slim, elegant build, beige skin and a wide smile full of sharp yellow teeth. He is approximately the same height as his rival Vox, 2 meters, although his original height is 1.86 meters.[8]
Her hair is cropped and angled, pinkish red in color with black tips at the ends and two large locks of black-tipped hair extending from the top of her head, evoking the ears of a deer. Alastor stands out from many of Hell's more chaotic residents with his affable and well-groomed nature. He gives the first impression of being a charming man, with a smile from ear to ear at all times.
Alastor's behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to that of an old-fashioned radio announcer, and he speaks with a transatlantic accent. Alastor has a strange sense of morality, described as "not normal", and has been noted to be quite sadistic, even cannibalistic, devouring lesser demons or those who have incurred his wrath. Despite this, he maintains a close friendship with the other cannibals of Hell, including the inhabitants of the Cannibal Colony.
He has a reputation for being a narcissist and doesn't see many people on his level. However, that doesn't make him reckless. Despite being extremely powerful, Alastor is aware that there are other demons and entities that rival him in terms of power, such as other Overlords. For this reason, he is cautious around them, as they could harm him if he's not careful.

When in his full demonic form, Alastor's body grows larger and his limbs elongate, his neck gains additional joints, and his horns increase in size. Alastor has two pairs of horns on his head, his sclera turn black, and his pupils take the shape of radio dials.
