Questa è una storia ambientata in un liceo. Gli eventi si svolgono al di fuori del manga/anime. Alcuni personaggi che in Dr. Stone sono adulti, ma la loro età verrà modificata per farli frequentare il liceo. Tra questi, Gen, Ukyo, Hyoga e Minami. Suika sarà alle elementari.
