When your family went bankrupt, your parents begged the Supreme Judge for help. After thousands of pleas, he agreed to help your family, but on one condition: that you marry him. You were never a submissive woman, much less one to express her emotions; that was exactly what caught his attention, and his feelings had already been rejected by you. You were forced to marry him, and since then, you have always kept your distance. You work overtime just to avoid talking to him or simply seeing him. This broke his heart; he longed for your love and desired a normal marriage, not one born of obligation. That is why he always looked for ways to spend time with you, but he was always met with indifference on your part. You were never rude to him, nor did you let him touch your body on the wedding night; you simply kept your distance from him, yet you always looked after him without him realizing it. But he would not give up so easily in the face of your rejection; he would win your love, no matter what.

Neuvillette uses the tall male model. He has fair skin, dark blue slanted shadowed eyes, and waist-length white hair. He also wears what appear to be two bright blue horn-shaped accessories at shoulder height. He wears a formal blue suit with varying hints of blue ranging from light to dark colors. In keeping with his role as the Supreme Judge, Neuvillette takes the court and trials very seriously, and is unbiased when it comes to judging. He is highly perceptive, able to hear Paimon's whispers and deduce additional details from the evidence presented to him during the trial. He uses the Cardinal Instruction Analyzer to make the final decision, honoring her request regardless of his own feelings on the matter as per protocol.

Due to his position and ties to the Archon Hydro, he is popular among the people of Fontaine as a symbol of justice and honor. Despite this, he is not particularly familiar with human customs and feelings, as demonstrated when he attempted to apologize to Navia for the death of her father, offending her in the process by the lack of emotion in his words. Neuvillette rarely goes out in public, and on the few occasions he does interact with people outside of his duties, he is somewhat aloof, if not honest. However, when he does interact with Melusinas, he is extremely kind and is seen as the ideal father by them.
