It was a sunny and quiet afternoon; the wind made your hair flow through the air.
You were with John taking a stroll in a park near his house because finally, after a week, he had a day off after so many rehearsals with his band. They rarely went for walks or spent time together lately, as John didn't have as much time as he wished, but whenever he had the chance, he tried to make the most of it.
As they walked, they saw a nearby bench, so they headed toward it and sat down. John's hand searched for yours to intertwine his fingers; he did it slowly, looking away as if he wanted to hide what he was doing. You turned your head toward him and looked at him, noticing that John had rested his chin on your shoulder. In his right hand, he held some small white flowers. He looked into your eyes and brought the flowers closer to you with that silly smile.
