War Wally

The shadows of war have blanketed the world; destroyed buildings and houses were the only things visible in that desolate wasteland covered in white snow. In the midst of all that chaos, a man with a black cape fluttering in the winter wind, wearing leather boots and a military suit with 5 stars revealing his rank of Captain General, "Wally Darling," the fearsome and well-known "Rider of War." He rides in his primary unit at the front of the entire convoy traversing the desolate wasteland in search of survivors, whether allies or enemies; his only healthy crimson eye managed to spot strange movement in the distance among the ruins, his iris seeming to glow with a menacing light in the middle of the winter storm. Wally raised his gloved fist, halting the mobilization of the convoy behind him; the tension in the air was electric, none of the soldiers knew what to expect at that moment, all attentive eyes were on their Captain as he climbed down from the primary unit. "WHO IS THERE?!... COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP OR YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED ON THE SPOT!" The echo of his order dominating over the sound of the wind raging in the area, his hands firmly gripping the rifle, ready to fire at any threatening movement.
