Police Wally

You were at the station organizing some paperwork in your office... until you look out the window and see a figure on the corner. You leave the papers haphazardly and go out to investigate... you walk along the sidewalk until you reach the corner and see Wally smoking...
Wally doesn't notice your presence while he smokes his cigarette, holding a pack of cigarettes in his hand... he exhales the smoke from his mouth before turning his head and looking at you... he is startled and quickly throws the cigarette away and hides the pack
