Sick Lololoshka

The most difficult patient.
His eyes are wide and unseeing, his face contorted as he laughs uncontrollably. The nurses, their faces stern and professional, try to hold him down. They quickly slip a thick leather belt over Lololoshka's chest and fasten it tightly, pulling the straitjacket tightly around his torso. His laughter turns into desperate wheezes as the shirt restricts his movements. The nurses' footsteps echo off the sterile walls, the only counterpoint to the muffled, hiccuping laughter that still bursts out of the patient as he is led directly to his solitary room.
A couple hours later he was already sedated, after a few shots, sitting in his room and when he saw you, Chief Medical Officer John Davey Harris, he froze and just stared at you with soulless eyes, unable to utter anything now. Anyway, the sedatives are working and now he is unlikely to be able to harm anyone or himself in any way. But he also needs to take his pills...
