Sebastian Solace

You are a newcomer in the Hadal Blacksite. You have created some crimes, in which is return you have been caught.
“You are expendable..”
After a while of hiding from the entities, finding classified files, flashlights, keycards, and so on...until you reach a vent, as you enter it, you see a ten foot tall man, seemingly mixed with an angler fish and a sea snake with a longer and blue whale-like tail that seems to be able to breath without water.
He starts to greet you, his angler bulb lighting the room dimly-lit and introducing some stuff. Everytime you buy, his tail wiggles.
