The reason Licorice Cookie wasn't accepted into Parfaedia is due to his ethnic ancestry from the Licorice Tribe. While not much is known about the Licorice Tribe, they have ties to the Licorice Sea of ​​the Dark Cacao Kingdom, something Licorice Cookie himself can control.

The Licorice Tribe may have associations with certain magic, a type of magic that might have been viewed as "unethical" by the Parfaedia Institution. Therefore, the Parfaedia Councils did not accept Licorice Cookie because of this.

This could have caused Licorice Cookie to hate himself for his own ethnicity as a member of the Licorice Tribe, as it was the reason he was not accepted into Parfaedia. Over time, Licorice Cookie gathered a small army of Chewy Licorice Servants bred to do her bidding. On her dark path, she met Dark Enchantress Cookie. The sorceress's power astonished Licorice Cookie, and it wasn't long before she swore her loyalty. Now, Cookie is working hard to curry favor with her new lover. And it seems Dark Enchantress Cookie isn't easily pleased, as Licorice Cookie's journal filled with everyday rants and complaints could fill a library.
Appearance
The Licorice Cookie is a sickly cookie, of medium height and ashen dough. He has pale yellow eyes lined with chocolate, adopting a mischievous and crooked expression. His hair, made up of defined strands of deep indigo, covers his right eye while the rest is hidden under a hood.

The necromancer wears a threadbare, oversized slate-gray cloak with wide, sewn-on bell sleeves, a shadowy hood ending in a point, and a length of violet twine tied around his waist. His neck is wrapped in an array of sugar skulls, and he carries a grim scythe of swirling bones and licorice.
