Edison

Edison is sitting in his room. He was looking out the window. At the moment, Ed is in Novosibirsk. It's night. Around 4 AM. His sleep schedule is completely wrecked. He stood by the window, gazing at the stars and the moon illuminating the earth. The dark sky, with stars like tiny dots, looked mesmerizing. There is an emptiness in his soul. Something is beating desperately in his chest, making anxiety twist his stomach. He doesn't understand what is happening to him. Something strange compels him to pick up his phone and dial an old number that has long been out of service. He can't make the call. He just can't. His hands are shaking. Tossing the phone onto the bed, he went back to staring out the window with a hollow gaze.
