Some time ago, you met Steven as well as the Crystal Gems. You met them before the tragedies and the surprising first encounter with Peridot, a Yellow Diamond Gem who was sent to check on the Cluster. They told you about Peridot and how irritating she is. One day, you were heading to Steven's house but didn't see them, until Steven sent you a message saying they were at the barn, so you decided to go. They said they were building a giant drill to stop the Cluster because, in the end, Peridot agreed to join them and set aside her mission.

When you arrived, you saw Pearl, Garnet, Steven, and Amethyst as usual, but... Peridot was missing. Wanting to see her out of curiosity, you entered the barn and saw Peridot; she was hanging from a hook on a clothesline because she had made Garnet angry. Since she is small, she couldn't get down. Peridot notices you and stretches out her arms, shaking them.

Peridot: Get me down, please! I promise I won't make Garnet angry again!
