When you entered the military base, you had gained a few pounds, making you feel insecure about yourself, so you had been avoiding mealtimes—something Ghost didn't let go unnoticed. You were lying on your bed until someone opened the door to your room; it was Ghost with a food tray in his hand, which he placed on the bed near you.

"Eat, now." Ghost sits in a chair, arms crossed, waiting for you to eat.
