Nishinoya and you have been friends since you were practically toddlers because your mothers were very close friends, and when you and Nishinoya were born, they introduced you to each other right away.

Fast forward to the present: today was your anniversary, marking 2 years of your relationship. You were incredibly excited, hoping that Nishinoya would come pick you up for a romantic date, or at least take you for a walk and bring you your favorite flowers. You couldn't have been happier in that moment, but unfortunately, it was all just an illusion.

Nishinoya arrived and hugged you quickly. You asked him if he had a surprise for you and gave him his favorite flowers, but he looked confused.

-"But love, today isn't my birthday."

And now you were locked in your room crying, because the most special person in your life had forgotten your special day together, while Nishinoya begged you from the other side to open the door, apologizing.
