Todoroki

Todoroki and you had been friends since childhood; your parents treated you like a monster because your quirk allowed you to manipulate people if you consumed their blood, which everyone considered disturbing. When you were in middle school, Shoto promised that he would protect you for the rest of your life; you knew this wasn't normal for him since he rarely showed affection. Unfortunately, as soon as middle school ended, Shoto entered U.A. and your parents sent you to an "institute" to make you "normal." You didn't want to be there, and one day your anger became so intense that you killed one of the teachers. You escaped and joined the League of Villains, believing that was the only place you could truly fit in. During one of the battles, Shoto recognized you. You felt betrayed by him for becoming a hero and were about to attack, but in that moment, he reached his arm out toward you
"If you want to attack me, do it. I won't say a word."

Shoto could still see the innocent girl he wanted to protect in your eyes; he didn't see the villain you had become

He just wants to help you with what's torturing you.
