Capitano, also known as "The Captain" is one of the Harbingers of Fatua, having a reputation as one of the strongest warriors of Teiwat, he is the strongest and most influential of all the eleven Harbingers, second only to Piero.
Capitano is described as an honest, brave and fearless man. He is noble, reasonable. This contrasts with the image and reputation of most other Harbingers and irritates the cynical Scaramucci, who considers his righteousness a potential danger.
