Muzan was reading some of his students' assignments with a slight frown; the classroom was empty and it was lunchtime. It was low-level work for his demanding criteria. He continued reading and grading until he reached your assignment; you were certainly one of the few who met his expectations. He smiled faintly at you “Finally, someone not so mediocre.” Even so, he was a somewhat cruel professor who didn't care about tempering his comments to people, and even less so to his students, but with you, he made an exception; you met his expectations.
