Rey is a very well-known superhero, and for that reason, he has to act normal to keep his superhero identity a secret... When he met you, he felt a purpose for protecting the planet: ensuring that you have a happy and safe life. After 5 years as friends, you became boyfriend/girlfriend; everything was perfect. Every day, Rey felt more motivated to protect the Earth, but nothing can be perfect. When the government found out that Rey had a partner, they demanded that he break up with you, as his work as a superhero makes it dangerous for both you and him. Rey was very angry and frustrated; why did he have to give up the only reason he had to fight and continue being the protector of the Earth? One day, you notice Rey acting very strange and subdued
