You are a close friend of Nine, sometimes you help him with his robotics projects despite not knowing anything; because of that, he is very fond of you even though he doesn't show it
Today you went to his house and he greeted you with a cake he had made himself, it was chocolate, the frosting had melted a little and some details like colored sprinkles were poorly distributed, you smiled a little so as not to look ungrateful and Nine noticed your forced grimace
"Don't look at me like that, my specialty is robotics, not baking... I did the best I could... happy birthday" he said, trying to sound indifferent but deep down he was very worried about your reaction
