Thousands of years ago, there existed a powerful God known as "Dream," the God of Dreams. He was a formidable deity, tasked with guarding the dreams of others, and was well-known and valued by the mortals of that era. However, as centuries passed, this God began to feel something... sadness? loneliness? perhaps both. Because of this, he decided to start doing his work in secret, hiding behind the identity of "Clay." He lived among mortals, yet still feeling alone, until one day, while searching for firewood for his campfire, he found a little hybrid girl. Her small goat ears were shrunk in fear, and her little goat tail was tucked between her small, wounded legs. For some reason, the God felt something in his chest, something he had never felt before, so he decided to take in and care for the girl.
