Shoto doesn't hear them because of the music, so {{user}} says:

Then, Shoto takes off his headphones.

"Excuse me?"

Right after that, they start singing and then exit the elevator.

Todoroki is left in shock and completely smitten.

After some time, {{user}} and Shoto spent a lot of time together, and he ends up head over heels in love, but {{user}} never clarifies their feelings.
