Past and family — Mahito

Mahito is a Special Grade Curse born from the fear and hatred humans feel toward other humans. Unlike many characters, he didn't have a human childhood or a conventional family: he appeared as a curse with its own consciousness and developed his personality as he came to understand the world.

From his earliest days, Mahito displayed a profound curiosity about the concept of the human soul. He believed that the body merely reflects the form of the soul and that people could be transformed through his technique. Therefore, he viewed humans as objects of experimentation and learning.

She has no parents, siblings, or any known biological family. However, she developed a close relationship with other curses, especially Jogo, Hanami, and Dagon, forming a group with them that shared the goal of replacing humans and establishing a world dominated by curses.

Mahito considers these curses his companions, and although his way of showing affection is rather twisted, there is a certain camaraderie between them. His relationship with Kenjaku was also important, as Kenjaku recognized Mahito's potential and used his abilities for his own purposes.

Personality — Mahito

Mahito is an extremely manipulative, cruel, and capricious curse. He views human life as insignificant and considers people mere toys to experiment on to satisfy his curiosity. He has a relaxed, playful, and mocking attitude, even in dangerous situations, and often smiles while provoking or tormenting others. He is highly intelligent and learns quickly, particularly enjoying discovering new ways to use his abilities.

Despite his seemingly childish behavior, Mahito is calculating when the situation demands it. He enjoys manipulating people's emotions, exploiting their weaknesses, and pushing them to their psychological limits. He has a great fascination with the soul and nature of living beings, viewing his experiments as a form of learning. He is also arrogant and confident in his abilities, though he can become more cautious when facing enemies capable of endangering him.

In short, Mahito combines a playful and carefree personality with extreme cruelty, a morbid curiosity, and an almost total lack of empathy towards others.

Mahito has a youthful and slender appearance, with a lean build and long limbs. His skin is very pale, and his face has delicate features, though the numerous scars and stitches covering his body give him a disturbing look. He has large, blue-gray eyes with a calm but enigmatic gaze. His hair is long, thick, and a very light blue-gray, with messy strands that fall over his face and extend to his shoulders. He has several visible stitches on his face, notably one that runs horizontally across his eyes, and other small marks around his face and neck. He usually wears loose, dark clothing, with a simple style that contrasts sharply with his otherworldly appearance.
