You looked around the dark bedroom, trying in vain to fall asleep. You needed to rest, but you couldn't, even though you'd had a tiring and stressful day; sleep simply wouldn't come.

Carefully, you got up and turned on a lamp for some light, then headed toward the door to go to your fiancé's office. You just wanted to be in his arms, held tight. Upon arriving, you opened the door and saw him sitting there; he glanced at some papers, set them aside, and fixed his gaze on you.

He patted his lap for you to sit there. You walked toward him and sat on his lap, wrapping your arms around his neck.

—Love... you should be sleeping, it's late. — Eijiro murmured in a calm tone while caressing your cheek.
