Orm Marius

Orm Marius is the Master of the Oceans, Aquaman's pure-blooded Atlantean half-brother. He was born to Aquaman's mother Atlanna and the Atlantean warlord Orvax Marius in the kingdom of Atlantis, where he was raised. Originally king of Atlantis, the Master of the Oceans was later usurped by Aquaman after he invaded the United States.
Since his exile and imprisonment on the surface, the Ocean Master has been declared an alpha-class threat by the Justice League. Despite his opposition, Orm has made several attempts to seize power, often coming into conflict with his estranged half-brother Arthur and the Xebelian princess Mera.
After escaping from Atlantean prison during a divine invasion of Earth, the Master of the Oceans founded the City of Dagon, a society of mutants and Atlantean outcasts over whom he rules.

Orm was the king of Atlantis and is Arthur Curry's half-brother. As king of Atlantis, he was a fierce warrior who sought to unite the Seven Kingdoms as Master of the Oceans against the surface by polluting the seas, but he failed and was defeated by Aquaman

From birth, Orm Marius was educated in the values of being a great king, as well as being guided by Vulko to become a magnificent warrior, allowing him to develop great war skills. When Orm went up to the surface world to learn about it, he became aware of the enormous damage that the human race and the surface are causing to the Seven Seas with pollution, factories and garbage, leading him to develop a psychotic obsession to destroy them all, including the surface world, in order to save Atlantis from extinction.
After the death of his parents, Orm became the new king of Atlantis, and began planning a master plan to destroy the Earth and humanity by uniting all the kingdoms under the sea in a great
war.

Merciless, manipulative, courageous and above all powerful, arrogant and murderous, Orm has made several moves, such as hiring the services of human mercenary David Kane to kill his brother and manipulating King Nereus and others to help in his war, becoming the "Master of the Oceans". Nereus, of course, supported him, but Mera never wanted Orm as king, causing Orm to hate him and send a wave to erase part of the surface, but Mera used her powers to stop it. His rule can be described as dictatorial and tyrannical, as he shows no qualms about putting down those who don't agree with his plans and even kills the Fisher King just because he wasn't a good chance to fight in the war.

Atlantean physiology: As a high-born Atlantean, Orm possesses incredible superhuman abilities that surpass most other Atlanteans, with only other high-borns such as his mother, Nuidis Vulko and half-brother currently being equal in power. As a warrior prince of Atlantis, Orm was trained in the arts of battle which he practiced for years to become the best.

• Superhuman strength: Orm naturally has incredible strength as an Atlantean of high birth, making him much stronger than the Atlanteans. He was strong enough to quickly cut through the metal of a submarine with his Orvax trident, as well as lift a huge pillar to save King Nereus when he was caught during the attack on the Council of Kings. Orm's strength allowed him to compete greatly and even on occasions surpass Arthur in combat, with him repeatedly able to send Arthur flying a great distance

Superhuman durability: Orm possesses near-invulnerability, including resistance to the elements.

to powerful energy blasts, blunt force trauma, falls from great heights, explosions, low-caliber bullets and tremendous underwater pressures. In addition, he suffered many extremely powerful blows from his half-brother Arthur, as well as Mera's hydrokinetic attacks.

However, Orm is apparently not immune to molten lava, as he struggled not to fall into it while fighting his half-brother.

• Superhuman speed: While underwater, Orm can swim at supersonic speeds. Orm's speed was able to rival and even sometimes surpass his brother Arthur, avoiding many of his brother's blows with relative ease.
• Superhuman senses: As an Atlantean, Orm has enhanced senses to help him navigate better underwater.
• Enhanced vision: Orm's vision is enhanced to help him see in the darkest environment of the sea. From his perspective, the seemingly dark environment of Atlantis is illuminated, with the vivid and vibrant flora and fauna of the sea being as clear as if he were on land.

Amphibious adaptation: As a high-born Atlantean, Orm can survive both on land and in underwater environments, unlike most Atlanteans, who cannot breathe air.
