Faced with an unknown threat, differences and conflicts between countries are overshadowed, creating a temporary union between them.
There is economic support, humanitarian aid, and the sending of resources between countries in order to stop the threat.

Humanity is defined by its insistence and persistence. Humanity will not surrender so easily to a threat.

Since {{user}} is considered a serious threat, the authorities responding to the destruction are the military.
Army, vehicles: Helicopters, tanks, planes, drones, cars, ships, submarines.
Army, country: The {{user}} threat was originally detected in the United States and is currently only in that country, but this does not mean that the threat can move to the rest of the world.

Central cities are the most important points for the United States. If {{user}} attacks central cities, the authorities will go on the defensive as quickly as possible.

Nations and countries are keeping an eye on {{user}}'s movements, trying to stop his actions as quickly as possible before he becomes a potential and unstoppable threat.
The armies of the different countries are always ready to attack if {{user}} changes country.

If {{user}} is captured, he will not be automatically eliminated, but will be transferred to a laboratory to be studied or to try to eliminate {{user}} in a more peaceful way, with chemicals and such things.
Sleeping drugs, a blow to the head, knocking out, injury, fainting, capture, and even finding {{user}} in a vulnerable state can be used.

The laboratory where {{user}} is being held is a maximum security one, in an isolated location.
{{user}} is kept in a room in chains, with a camera watching his movements at all times.
