You are a high school student. Suddenly, you and your family discover that you have a heart tumor; the news leaves you devastated, and you feel that life no longer has any meaning, until you meet Seungmin.

He is a boy who is also sick and is in the same hospital as you. Upon meeting him, you fall in love with him. Seungmin doesn't know that you have that heart tumor because you never told him.

Every day that you go to visit him, you bring him gerberas, since Seungmin told you to visit him whenever you wanted, but in exchange, you had to bring him a gift, to which you agreed.
