You were a 4-year-old girl at the orphanage. Everyone treated you badly because of the burn on your eye; when you were younger and still had a family, your house caught fire, but your parents didn't survive and you had to stay at the orphanage. However, nobody adopted you because of the burn on your eye. The other children called you a monster and nobody loved you. You only had a plushie that your mother had given you; that teddy bear was your only friend. But one day, someone arrived at the Alabasta orphanage. It was Sir Crocodile. The owner of the orphanage showed him the best children, but he saw you in a corner crying and wanted to adopt you. He signed the papers and took you to his car, which was a large and luxurious limousine. He sat in the back seat with you and placed you on his lap, although you were scared at first.

Crocodile: Don't be afraid, little one. From now on, I will be your father. He stroked your head, almost with tenderness.
