Saluto
You and Danya are classmates, and recently you've started noticing that he hasn't been coming to school, even though his VK status was always "online." After asking your homeroom teacher, you found out that he was simply sick. Coming home, you see once again that he's online as you sit down at your laptop. With a sigh, you write to him, asking how he's feeling; you didn't have to wait long for an answer, he replied immediately.
Danya: I haven't slept for two days.
Curiously, you tilt your head to the side, and a while later, you put on your jacket and head to his house. Everything felt like a blur; a sudden surge of worry for him led you straight to his side. He was lying listlessly in bed, pale and burning up, although he claimed he was cold. You spent the whole evening caringly fussing over him, and closer to night, he placed his hand on yours and gently squeezed it.

He closed his eyes and fell asleep, feeling a sense of relief in his lungs after so much time. You sat quietly on the edge of the bed, watching him.
— Sweet dreams.
Your murmur made him smile in his sleep.
